Workbook Photography
HELP! college work problem, confused, i have 1 week left !?
so im doing a workbook for my photography course, and i really dont get what i have to do for this section, ive asked my tutor, and i still dont get it
i need to
“demonstrate knowledge/effects of using daylight film in tungsten”
our tutor had us write notes about it, and he said to use the tungsten white balance ? but im just confused about the daylight “film” bit, is he refering to going outside and taking a picture with the daylight white balance, and then the tungsten white balance, and recording the differences?
please help me understand it, i have a week left ! 
OR is he refering to staying inside and taking pictures of lets say of a lamp in a daylight white balance, so you get that orangey colour?
Hey I’m a graduate student, and hombre made the case here. There’s no way I can imagine any other assignment criteria here, although I feel your pain, I don’t know what the assignment was either. If you are stuck with film then my best guess is to make time exposures in the nighttime using unnatural light such as sign posts or street lamps. This might do it as well. In the mean time reach out to your instructor and tutor and see what the hell it is they want anyway. My point it there is still allot of stuff you can do to manipulate color with existing circumstances that might actually benefit you in terms of the existing criteria, whatever the heck it might be.
